Exchange Policy

Our products are collected from the various places from all over the India (which is not that easy for you to find them in small or big stores). Each product is UNIQUE and can be slightly different from each other. The stones or metals (whichever has it) therefore may vary slightly. But we make sure that all our products go through product-checking process before shipping them to you. So, exchanges will only be accepted if your order is DAMAGED in transit or you have received the WRONG products. In that case, you may surely return them in the same condition in which they were received (unworn, with original packaging). WHAT YOU HAVE TO DO IF THE PRODUCT IS DAMAGED OR INCORRECT: 1). Please inform us within 3 days of receipt of order. By calling or mailing us the photo of the damaged product (Contact and E-mail id 'mentioned on product packaging'). 2). Once we receive your E-mail or Call (as per the requirement). Then, your damaged/incorrect product will be checked whether it is approved for exchange. After this small step you can easily send it back to us. And we will deliver the product at your doorstep, including the processing time. with no courier charge if it's equaling the billing amount.

Return Policy

We don't want you to return our unique things you bought. (Please do read the first paragraph of Exchange policy) But, If you still find the product isn't matching with all-your expectations. Then we will welcome your return, and you will be paid back your money.

Product Guarantee

There are some selective range of products where we have added the guarantee. You will be told about that by mentioning on their descriptions.

We accept Debit cards, Credit cards, Digital online application payments, and COD (cash on delivery).

Additional charges of delivery and COD.

Well, this will be a regular charge like others. But we will try to charge less-money for it - if possible.

How long is the order delivery time?

We make our best efforts to deliver each item in your order within 3-5 working days of your placing the order.
